When sterilization, the hot water will from hot water tank flow into the jacket of the pasteurizer, reduce the temperature rise time. And after finished pasteurization, hot water flow back to hot water tank, and then cool water tank flow cool water into pasteurizer jacket, after drop to below 40 ℃, then cool the milk by compressor.
