The working principle of the screw crushing juicer: the main component of this equipment is the crushing device installed on the feeding hopper. When working, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate at a constant speed through a pair of pulleys. The material is chopped by the high-speed rotating hammer. Due to the centrifugal force function, the material comes out of the waist-shaped hole screen, so that the fruit and vegetable can reach a particle size of 2-5mm and is crushed, and directly enters the screw juicing system to improve the juicing effect.
The main component of screw juice extraction is the screw. The bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity shrinks, forming a squeeze on the material.
Raw materials are put into the hopper and pressed under the propulsion of the screw, the squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, and the waste material is discharged through the ring-shaped gap formed between the screw and the pressure-regulating conical part. The axial movement of the pressure regulating head can adjust the size of the gap.
Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, can change the slag discharge rate, but if the gap is too small, under strong extrusion, part of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice, although the juice output increases. However, the quality of the juice is relatively reduced, and the size of the gap should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user.
